Zusammenfassung:This study comprehensive evaluates radiation distribution and waste characterization during the decommissioning of the TRR Reactor Vessel. Multiple radiation surveys provide valuable data on dose rates at various positions within the vessel, utilizing thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) and ionization chamber detectors for a comprehensive understanding of the radiation environment. Radionuclide analyses of experiment tubes and the Bio-shield enhance insights into radioactive activation, identifying Co-60 as the primary radionuclide. This information is crucial for proper management and disposal of radioactive waste during decommissioning. Overall, these surveys, radionuclide analyses, and estimations significantly contribute to the safe and efficient decommissioning of the TRR Reactor Vessel, aiding in identifying radiation hotspots, understanding radioactive activation, and developing effective waste management strategies and TRR internal components dismantling plan.
