Zusammenfassung:For the attainment of a sharp cube-textured tape, the influence of deformation degree and rolling regime on deformation and recrystallization texture was studied. Low Curie temperature ternary alloy of Ni-7.9at.%Cr-1.8at.%Mo ingot was prepared by using cold crucible induction levitation melting, and a final thickness of 80-μm textured tape was obtained after forging, hot rolling, cold rolling and recrystallization annealing. The results showed that with an increase in rolling reduction from 50 to 99.5%, S + C-type textures were enhanced and B + G-type textures were reduced, and the volume fraction of cube texture in recrystallized tape was increased; a two-stage rolling obviously refines the initial microstructure for the second large reduction cold rolling and thus slightly lowers the volume fraction of B texture component in the deformed matrix, leading to a high percentage of cube texture after recrystallization. The intermediate annealing in a two-stage rolling process reduces the grain size and mitigates the inhomogeneity of the microstructure.
