Gold filled products in the U.S.A: Federal regulations and their impact

Aspects of the "gold filled' (mechanically bonded) decorative market in the U.S.A. are discussed with particular reference to the stringent quality specifications existing in the U.S.A. The author emphasises the need for stringent quality control.
