B. subtilis endoxylanase column. Further analysis of the XIP-type proteins by high-resolution cation exchange chromatography, SDS-PAGE and iso-electrofocusing, revealed several forms. They had similar endoxylanase specificities and N-terminal amino acid sequences. |
