Two investigators verified true or false linkages for each dataset. Results: Cohen’s kappa coefficients for each dataset were 0.73 (#1), 0.97 (#2), and 0.78 (#3). True linkage numbers were 198 (78.9%, #1), 209 (83.3%, #2), and 215 (85.7%, #3), and false linkage numbers were 47 (18.7%), 39 (15.5%), and 28 (11.1%), respectively. Conclusions: Merging local EMS and hospital data using probabilistic data linkages with data concerning date, time, age, and sex can create satisfactory data matching.
