Zusammenfassung:The Cover Feature shows the representative scaffold structures of the recently emerged organic photoredox catalysts (PCs), which have been reported since 2016. The expanded library of organic PCs along with their design strategies, properties, and applications in organic syntheses were summarized. Now given the feasibility to discover the molecules with the diversified structures and predictable and/or adjustable catalytic parameters, it is expected to examine the puzzle of organic photoredox catalysis: answer the fundamental questions remain unresolved and design a better catalytic system.
