Zusammenfassung: | Fluorescent polarity sensors are rapidly and efficiently assembled from (hetero)aryl α‐ketoacids, terminal alkynes, and 1,2‐diamino arenes in a consecutive three‐component one‐pot synthesis. Correlation of the photophysical data indicate that the emission color of a single chromophore experiences a broad shift from blue–green to deep red–orange by only slightly altering the solvent polarity.
