Zeolite Membranes: Oriented MFI Membranes by Gel-Less Secondary Growth of Sub-100 nm MFI-Nanosheet Seed Layers (Adv. Mater. 21/2015)

Continuous oriented molecular sieve membranes can now be made as thin as 100 nm. On page 3243, M. Tsapatsis, K. B. Yoon, and co‐workers present a deposition method involving the transformation of underlying nanoparticles to the zeolite, sealing the defects present between 2D zeolite nanosheets.
