Herman Ness and Nicolai Alexander Kirkeng, BI Norwegian School of Management have made significant contributions to the following case studies in the form of write ups and interviews: DNV, Hywind, Ulstein Group, Sway, Fugro OCEANOR and Kongsberg Maritime. Torger Reve has provided the theoretical and methodological framework of the study. The case study has been conducted as part of the large national research project, “A Knowledge- Based Norway” at BI Norwegian School of Management, led by professor Torger Reve.
