Zusammenfassung:This article is a case study that investigates how the exploration of new material technologies in poetry intertwines with the aesthetic principles of Tina Escaja’s poetic production. It also aims to develop how this exploration leads Escaja to make reading machines which are shaped accounting for embodied practices linked to their particular materiality. The result are unique reading interfaces that allow the reader to overcome certain conventional borders of medial, rhetorical and symbolic nature. These interfaces also allow the reader to activate a particular mechanism of articulation between the poem, the poet and the reader thanks to their integration and inclusion in political, aesthetic and human considerations, whose origin lies in the personal and sociocultural context of the author, the artifact itself and its readers.
