岗梅叶的化学成分研究
研究冬青属植物岗梅叶的化学成分,通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等色谱方法分离纯化得到11个化合物,经多种波谱方法鉴定及与文献对照,其结构分别为kaempferol-3-O-β-D-6′′-acetylglucopyranoside(1),kaempferol-4'-methylether(2),quercetin(3),quercetin-3-O-glucopyranoside(4),tormentoside(5),suavissimoside R1(6),3β,19α-dihydroxyolean-12-ene-24,28-dioicac...
