For OS and PFS, the pooled HR of CRP was statistically significant at 1.51 (95% Cl, 1.28-1.79) and 1.50 (95% Cl, 1.25-1.81), respectively. For CSS, the pooled HR was 1.91 (95% CI, 1.36-2.69) with higher CRP expression in PCa, which strongly indicates poorer survival in PCa. This study demonstrates that CRP may have a critical prognostic value in patients with prostatic cancer. |
