清肝注射液的挥发性成分分析
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从清肝注射液中提取挥发油,应用GC—MS联用检测仪对提取的挥发油进行成分分析。共得到35个峰通过NIS107质谱数据库检索,鉴定出31个化合物,占总量的93.81%,其中含量最高的是安树脑,约占总量的19.02%。应用CC—MS法分离、分析清肝注射液中的挥发油成分,操作快速、简便。...
