Even in the Czech Republic - there are on one side deprecation of the possibility to be influenced by social movements presented in judge’s speeches. On the other side there is presence of words like liberalism, nocservatism, social justice and other in statement of their judgments. The article reflects this situation as well as the specific approach of judges towards social movements.
