Zusammenfassung: | The article contains the theoretical part, in which the concept of motivating system and its functions in an organization were explained. It was also pointed out which criteria’s should be used to assess the effectiveness of the motivating system. The article presents the results of the conducted survey. The survey allowed us to get to know respondents' real preferences when it comes to pecuniary and non-pecuniary benefits used in different organizations. The conclusions from the survey and the theoretical part of the article can function as a starting point for creating a new motivating system in an organization or improving the existing ones. The activities suggested in the article could significantly influence the increase of satisfaction and the level of workers' involvement in their job. |
