To be more conclusive, we used a simple methodology, starting, from simple to complex, from theory to practice, from the abstract to the concrete, with examples required. The case study aims to become a model for action and adaptation to specific tourism company, financial and economic conditions, competition, time of economic crisis, with significant results, profitable and increase market share.
