Zusammenfassung:The article presents the issues of registration and analysis of high speed imaging on the example of measuring video sequences from firearms weapon. Mossberg rifle and Glock 17 gun were used for shots. A Phantom Miro M310 camera was used to record a series of high speed video sequences, while the analysis was performed using the Phantom Control Center (PCC) and the Matlab software development environment. The way of recording these phenomena and the strat-egy of selecting the appropriate parameters of the camera for the best possible picture quality are presented.
