description Over the past 20 years, the concept of automation has been an intriguing and studied subject, having applicability in numerous and vast areas of interest. Time is one of the most valuable resources and because of that we can understand why automation can bring such an impact in our modern educational environment that goes through a constant change. In a modern digital world, designing a brand new visual identity, building a new website, creating materials for Social Media platforms (such as Facebook Covers, Profile Picture Frames and other dedicated communication elements) are necessary actions. After conducting a survey, we have discovered that the whole process of creating materials for raising awareness can be an intense time consuming task that requires rigorous planning and real skills. As a result, we propose a simple, fast and scalable automation model for this complex process. The paper presents an original model and the impact it brings in terms of time efficiency, execution and requirements for human interaction. The model can be easily adapted to generate awareness campaigns materials for social, industrial or natural hazards/ vulnerabilities that can later be shared on the Internet faster, maximizing impact in crisis situations. The online platform that we developed can generate digital and physical materials to support educational services. Because of the fact that the platform needs only a small investment of time and can also be operated by a person without technical expertise, the user can create a new visual identity, a new responsive website, digital and physical materials (roll-ups, posters, tickets and other) in less than ten minutes. The time previously invested in the actual process of creating the visual identity can now be used to share the educational service or cause.
