description In the paper the selected findings of the survey “Decision problems solving in the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic” are presented. Afterwards the methodology of the realized questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews and the results revealed are described. In the end, the recommendations for the application of the methods of problems solving in the department of the defence of CR are defined by the authors.
