The EU supports to the countries of the region in their efforts making economic and political reforms and provides supports to their economic development efforts. In this context, “European Neighbourhood Policy”, “Black Sea Synergy” Programme and “Eastern Partnership” are most important instruments in the EU’s policies towards the Black Sea region
