In the author’s opinion, most of all, we must be able to coherently establish general and specific requests of the logistic system transformation, as well as the most realistic means and methods to increase the logistics transformation process, which can ensure the sustainment of the national force, simultaneously with the concentration and improvement of the allocated resources.
