Therefore, it is necessary to digitalize processes in the organization to the utmost, to make the organization more “intelligent” and its human resources, to the greatest extent, workers of the knowledge. The application of business intelligence and the use of its modern tools are necessary to obtain an advantage over the competition and survive at the market.
