谈行政效率的分类

行政效率是行政管理的核心问题，是检验行政管理科学与否的标准，也是衡量行政改革成败的重要准绳。为了提高行政效率，需要对其作具体分析。我在教学和研究中总结出以下几种行政效率的类型。
