急性低氧及力竭运动对大鼠骨骼肌成肌调节因子MyoD和myogenin基因表达的影响
目的:研究急性低氧及力竭运动对大鼠骨骼肌成肌调节因子MyoD和myogenin基因表达的影响。方法:取健康SD雌性大鼠80只,随机分成四大组:1)常氧对照组(C);2)常氧力竭组(NE);3)低氧对照组(HC);4)低氧力竭组(HE)。采用半定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法,测定各组骨骼肌成肌调节因子MyoD和myogenin的mRNA基因表达。结果:力竭运动(NE组)引起的MyoD及myogenin基因表达最为明显(P〈0.01),在力竭后12 h达峰值。单纯低氧条件下(HC组)3 d后,可引起MyoD基因表达明显升高(P〈0.05);而低氧暴露加力竭运动后(HE组),则myoge...
