Zusammenfassung: | GPS code, carrier, and SNR measurements are corrupted by multipath signals that can significantly affect the quality of data used for static and kinematic positioning applications. A tool to simulate code, carrier, and SNR multipath errors in a user-defined, multiantenna, and multireflector environment for multipath error analysis is developed and described. Various relationships between parameters such as the multipath amplitude, phase, and frequency with the satellite dynamics, antenna-reflector distance, antenna-reflector geometry, and signal frequency are derived. Multipath spatial and temporal correlation are analyzed using simulated and field data. The similarities and differences of code, carrier, and SNR multipath error characteristics are also investigated. (Author) |
